Simon joined Akira in 2023. He started his career at Barclays in 2021 as an Investment Banking Analyst in London covering Telecom, Media and Technology and has worked on key transactions involving financial sponsors and strategic investors. He also worked at Citigroup in the Leverage and Acquisition Financing desk in Hong Kong in addition to his additional M&A experience in Korea.
Simon holds a Masters in Finance degree from London Business School (2021) and a Bachelor’s degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, Korea. He is a Korean national.
