Alex joined Akira in 2023. He started his career on the buy-side, gaining experience at Devon Equity Management, a long-only fund manager investing in European equities on behalf of a FTSE 250 investment trust, and at EMF Capital Partners, a London-based private equity fund specializing in insurance and tech companies in CEE and CIS.
Alex holds a Masters in Business Management from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School where he graduated with distinction (2021). Prior to that he received a first-class degree from Magdalene College, Cambridge, having received the Faculty Prize for finishing top of his graduating cohort in history (2020).
