Alberto is a seasoned corporate finance adviser with a career focused on the Telecoms, Media and Technology sectors since 2000. Prior to joining Akira Partners, he worked for J.P. Morgan TMT Investment Banking in London. During his career, he has closed over 20 deals in EMEA with an aggregate value of $60bn across mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets and equity private placements.
His main sectors of expertise include integrated telcos, wireless, cable operators, altnets, DTH, satellite and telecoms/digital infrastructure assets. He has also advised on internet/e-commerce transactions and, most recently, in the off-grid solar sector.
